Montgomery Place Apartments

I was a resident for 19 months, was the first person to live in the apartment I was in. Being a new building I was expecting to be in a clean space. For weeks I cleaned white dust everywhere, white dust from the Vacuum. We had people smoke in the building all the time , we would say something and at the end get blamed by a manager try to accuse me. I falte so offended. Couple days before Christmas a pipe burst and flooded the hall and our front entrance and closet got water damage. One horrible day, took almost two months of repair. People would leave garage out smelling the hall ways. Would be trash on the floors . Dogs would pee and poop in the entrance. I thought this would be a safe place to be in and I really didn’t fell safe at all. Over all I wish this would be a good place to stay at because I like living in this area. Be ready to pay more as you renew your lease.

I couldn't have chosen a better place to live . They are friendly, very efficient at handling any issue with maintenance or anything else that you may have an issue with. They come quickly to resolve any problems or concerns you may have. I have lived here for 2 years and I'm leaving only because I will be purchasing a home but if I had no desire or means to buy a home I would stay here. I'd recommend it to anyone

Another beautiful complex slowly corrupted by corporate neglect. This place was just built in 2021 and was a pretty nice layout, the finishes were new and the people were friendly. But as they slowly gathered a bigger population, things quickly turned for the worse. Sure it’s one of the most affordable for a 1 or 2 bed, but you’ll pay for the savings. I was the first resident in my specific apartment, so everything was untouched. In that time from 2021 to now I’ve had shower caulk erode and cause water spots on the walls, the bathroom light switch shorted out, there was a roof leak into my bedroom wall that nearly caused an electrical fire, no insulation in the bedroom attic the first winter so it was 10+ degrees colder than the rest, and the AC went out. That only covers a fraction of the problems here. They hired TruGreen to do all the lawns which caused plenty of chemical burns in the grass the next season, they leave the sprinklers going all night which also destroys the grass, the pool has had to shut down multiple times already.. maintenance will get around to your orders whenever they feel. Oh and if you have an emergency maintenance issue like a flooding pipe or lights out, their “emergency” line is just an answering machine they get to when they have time, so there is no urgency if you have a real problem. We only renewed the lease the first time because it was affordable, but we’ve had it and would not recommend this to anyone. Stay far away until management learns from their wrongs.
